Seven Thousand Suns – out on April 19th, 2021.
This track is to some extent inspired by Jules Verne’s fantastic sci-fi adventures from the 19th century (particularly “Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Seas”, which is also reflected in the title – albeit in a somewhat more fiery and cosmic form).
In a sense, we’re ever moving (like Verne’s Nautilus in its marine habitat) among a cosmic pool of fiery stars that’s home to a vast amount of wonders still unknown to us. And this song is an ode to that realization. “Mobilis in mobili”.
